The Millcroft neighborhood in Fearrington Village represents the latest in innovative home design by cleverly combining comfortable living with abundant space. Features include one and two story plans, [optional] granite tile counters, walk-in tile showers, screened porches, and integrated landscape designs. Millcroft offers an ideal location across from the community walking path, which leads to the neighborhood mail center, Camden Park and The Village Center.
The homesites of the first Millcroft phases are clustered around the intimate cul-de-sacs of Sampson, Duplin, Harnett, and Lenoir (each named after a North Carolina county). The most recently introduced street in Millcroft is Woodleigh, which is bordered by a protected natural setting. Each of these six neighborhoods share a secluded cul-de-sac with Bush Creek bordering along the back of their lots.
